At Glitter & Gold, we aim to deliver your order as quickly and safely as possible. Please read our shipping terms below.


Processing Time
• Ready-to-ship outfits: 1–3 business days
• Custom-stitched orders: 2–6 weeks (depending on work)
• Pre-orders: Timelines will be mentioned on the product page

Processing time does not include weekends or holidays.


Shipping Methods & Delivery Time

We offer shipping within Canada, the USA, and worldwide.

Canada:
• Standard: 2–7 business days
• Express: 1–3 business days

USA:
• Standard: 5–10 business days
• Express: 3–5 business day

International:
• Delivery time varies by destination

(Delays may occur due to customs, weather, or courier processing.)


Shipping Charges

Shipping fees are calculated at checkout based on your location and selected shipping method.


Tracking

Once your order ships, you will receive an email or WhatsApp update with a tracking number.


Lost or Delayed Packages
• Glitter & Gold is not responsible for delays due to the courier.
• If a package is marked delivered but not received, please contact the courier directly.
• We will assist you in filing a claim if needed.


Incorrect Address

Customers are responsible for entering accurate shipping information.
We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.

⭐ 2. Custom Orders Policy 

Custom Orders Policy

At Glitter & Gold, we specialize in customized stitching and made-to-measure outfits. Please review our custom order terms before placing your order.


1. Advance Payment

All custom orders require:
• 50% advance to begin the order
• Remaining 50% upon completion before shipping or pickup

Advance payments are non-refundable, as materials and labor are immediately allocated to your order.


2. Production Time

Custom outfits may take 2–8 weeks, depending on:
• Fabric availability
• Handwork intensity
• Seasonal demand

Urgent orders may incur an additional fee.


3. Measurements
• Customers must provide accurate measurements.
• We are not responsible for incorrect measurements provided by the customer.
• Minor adjustments may be needed after delivery and are not included unless discussed beforehand.


4. Design Changes

Once production has started:
• Design changes cannot be guaranteed
• Additional charges may apply for changes to embroidery, fabric, or style


5. No Returns or Cancellations

Custom stitched items, bridal wear, personalized pieces, or altered fabrics cannot be returned, exchanged, or refunded.


6. Color & Fabric Disclaimer

Due to screen and brightness differences:
• Colors may appear slightly different in person
• Handmade work may have minor variations

This is normal for handcrafted items.


7. Communication & Updates

You will be updated through:
• WhatsApp
• Email
• Pictures/videos when applicable

⭐ 3. Order Cancellation Policy

Order Cancellation Policy


1. Ready-to-Ship Orders
• Orders can be cancelled within 12 hours of purchase if not shipped yet.
• Once shipped, the order cannot be cancelled.


2. Custom Orders

Custom orders cannot be cancelled once processing, stitching, or material sourcing has begun.

The 50% advance is non-refundable under ALL circumstances.


3. Pre-Orders
• Pre-orders can be cancelled within 24 hours.
• After that, cancellation is not possible as we place material and production orders.


4. Incorrect Address

If you entered the wrong address:
• Contact us immediately
• We may be able to update it if the order has not been shipped
• Once shipped, no changes can be made
